OUR TEAM

We strongly believe that embedding inclusive principles into organizational systems and processes is a critically important factor in organizational success in our world today. Our consultants have decades of experience in delivering meaningful organizational change
and development outcomes, designing antiracist and equity programs, delivering leadership coaching services, and engaging in community development and research. We are passionate about disrupting biases in the workplace and our communities, finding practical solutions for structural inequities, and building more inclusive organizational
cultures.

Our team’s deep academic knowledge and practical skills in conceptualizing and implementing equity, diversity, and inclusion strategic initiatives provide a deep understanding of how systemic racism affects organizational dynamics and workplace culture. These strengths, intersectional social identities, and lived experiences place our consultants in a unique position to generate new and innovative ways of thinking – expanding the range of possibilities in finding solutions to complex social and organizational challenges and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
